Postage & Refunds

 
 
All jewellery is individually made by hand and is ready to post immediately. 
 
We only use Sterling Silver fittings and natural uncoloured gemstones.
 
Pearls are freshwater or cultured as described in each piece.
 
Adjustment Fee
  • For £5.00 any ready-to-wear piece can be lengthed or shortened by a few inches, or have the clasps replaced by the fastening you prefer. 
 
Postage
  • Posting within in the UK will be using Royal Mail recorded signed for delivery and will cost £3.50 per item. This service comes with tracking and insurance and should be with you with 2 working days.
  • Postage to Europe will be using Royal Mail Airsure small packets and will cost £8.50 per item. This service comes with tracking and insurance and should be with you with 3 working days.
  • Postage to North America and Canada will be using Royal Mail Airsure small packets and will cost £9.50 per item. This service comes with tracking and insurance and should be with you with 5 working days. 
Refunds
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us. 
  • A full refund (minus original postage costs and adjustment fee if applicable) will always be given on secure return of the item.
  • Please return the item within 7 days.
